Testing is an integral part of our manufacturing process. We perform electrical and functional checks to verify the quality, integrity and performance of electric motors and their components.

● Standard applied voltage test in AC, dielectric strength, with maximum
test voltage 4000 V AC.
● Current full scale 100 mA.
● Surge test 4000 V pk.
● Rotation test.
● Reversal test.
● Insulation resistance test at 500 V DC fs 1 G ohm.
● Resistance measurement range from 20 m ohm to 500 M ohm.
● Background noise filter.
● PDIV scanning tests.
The system can also be used as a “Laboratory” for quality analysis on
materials and processes currently implemented and on potential improvements / economic
savings that can be achieved with alternative solutions,
by directly measuring the quality of each solution and thus being able to easily compare
them, as well as correctly parameterize the 320/PDH measurements.
Suitable for testing: Standard motors, prototypes, hairpin motors, low voltage
motors (traction), automotive motors over 100k rpm.
