We are equipped with an Encos automatic insertion unit comprising a two-head winding machine complete with an automatic wire cutter, an inserter with a compactor, and a fully automatic linear press, equipped for the production of 200×125 36-slot 4
pole stators, with stack heights from 60 mm to 175 mm.
With the capability to insert stators up to 240 mm in diameter and 200 mm in length, with 36 and 48 slots and one or two windings (automatic insertion of both windings), and a capacity of 100 pcs/day. For 200×125 stators with a length of 120 mm, 36 slots, 4 poles, and class F insulation, the production capacity is 100/150 pcs/day.
