ThermoConnector GF351000
Connection system suitable for connectors and cable lugs. In the initial phase, current passes
between the punches with consequent heating of the connector;
subsequently, in addition to the current flow, pressure is applied to the punches
achieving vaporization of the enamel from the wires and compaction of wires and connector
into a single body with high electrical and mechanical characteristics. Connection
capacity up to 350 mm² cross-section including connector and cable. Suitable for
highly diversified production, equipped with various punches.

ThermoStapling Machine ESS6
System developed for connecting enameled wires, suitable for electric motor construction.
The machine combines high cycle speed with excellent reliability and repeatability characteristics
of the connection process. The connection process involves crushing the staple
through the application of pressure and heat, which also enable removal of the enamel from
the wires and their compaction into a single body with excellent mechanical and
electrical characteristics.
